Shipping Policy

Standard International Shipping

  • 7–12 business days with 1–4 days of processing.

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. During peak holiday shopping periods, please allow for up to 6 business days.

For US residents, the orders are shipped by the US Postal Service (USPS). After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7–12 business days to arrive at their destination. However, in rare cases, it can take up to 35 days due to customs or regulatory checks.

If your order takes longer than 25 business days to arrive, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please note that refunds will not be issued for shipping delays beyond our control.

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

Pre-Orders or Back-Ordered Items

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any available items immediately, and ship the remaining items once they are back in stock.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if you provided a phone number) containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package.
Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking information to display.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping, so there is only a short window to correct an incorrect address. Please contact us immediately through the Contact Us page if you believe you entered the wrong address.

Item Processing Time

Item Processing Time is the period from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. After receiving your order, we conduct quality control checks to ensure product standards before shipment.

This can involve detailed inspections of:

  • material quality,

  • seams and zippers,

  • embellishments, motifs, interiors, and linings.

The average processing time is 4 business days. However, depending on product complexity, order size, stock availability, season, or national holidays, it can extend to 5–10 business days.
